A pump supplies water to atomizing nozzles around the cannon outlet. An axial fan carries the droplets towards the dust-generating area. The spray direction is set through horizontal rotation and vertical tilt, allowing the mist to follow the working face.
Compressed air and water meet inside a two-fluid nozzle, where the air breaks the water into fine droplets. Nozzles are placed close to transfer points or other dust sources, so treatment can be concentrated around the material-handling process.
A pump supplies a pipe network fitted with fine-mist nozzles. The nozzles are arranged above or around the work zone to distribute mist across the relevant space. The water circuit, nozzle layout and control zones are designed together.
MANUFACTURING & SUPPORT
A direct connection to the manufacturer.
Mingshan develops and manufactures water-mist equipment for industrial dust control and construction-site cleaning. Its range connects fan-assisted fog cannons, two-fluid dry fog, high-pressure misting, rotating mist poles and vehicle-wash equipment. Equipment selection follows the material, dust source, site layout and available utilities.
